Creamy Greek chicken soup with lemon and orzo, diced chicken breast, carrots, celery and onion in chicken bone broth with orzo all brought together with egg, lemon juice and lemon zest to created a delicious, creamy, lemony comfort go to! It’s a meal in itself.
Broccoli, shredded carrots and onion in a creamy, thick and cheesy base of chicken broth, butter, flour, heavy cream, sharp cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Makes for a simple and masterful bowl of heaven!
An Italian soup thickened in a lovely roux. A heavy cream based chicken soup, with small bites of potato gnocchi, celery, onion, carrots, garlic, black pepper and spinach.
Queensoupy’s take on a classic. Loads and loads of caramelized sweet Vidalia onions, bay leaf, beef bouillon and bone broth. Lots and lots of butter, white wine and black pepper.
Classic and simple.
On the top are crunchy grilled sourdough croutons that are pan fried in real butter, olive oil, salt and garlic. These babies are great just for snacking! Then it’s finished with a shredded cheese!

Shredded Beef Enchilada Soup
Slow cooked, tender shredded beef, diced onions, red bell pepper, stewed tomatoes, black beans, green chilies, a hint of chipotle and hominy in a tomato/enchilada broth, rich with Mexican spices. Comes with Mexican cheese, sour cream and sliced olives.

This is my most popular soup that is full of flavors to awaken every sense. It is citrusy, spicy, salty and sweet stewed together in a perfect balance that’s sure to surprise even those who think they don’t like Thai food…silly. It is absolutely wonderful with a spoonful or two of steamed Jasmine rice.

Sweet and comforting within just a tiny hit of heat. Perfect for spring!

The broth is a rich tomato base seasoned with basil, oregano, garlic, thyme, sea salt & pepper. Served over Ditalini pasta Topped with grated Parmesan and your meal is set!
Vegan Cream of Broccoli
Loads of broccoli, potatoes, celery shredded carrots, and onion half puréed with a bit of vegan butter and flour combined with vegetable broth and coconut milk to make a thick base…the rest left diced, tender and hearty. We love this soup hot or cold. Yummy!
